I did it!! I finished a Half-Marathon!! I felt amazing and did so well that I finished before the Family arrived. I was pretty disappointed they were not there to see me cross the finish line but oh well there is always another race. It was a little chilly that morning.
We apologize for not capturing chips times for the Layton Marathon and Half Marathon. We used two of our timing points at a race in Spokane, Washington, earlier in the week. We dropped them off at FedEx in time to make it to Salt Lake City for the race; however, the instrumentation at the airport was not functioning properly and FedEx was not able to land their planes on time. This malfunction ended up delaying all FedEx shipments out of Spokane, including ours, for a day. Unfortunately the equipment arrived too late for us to capture start times for the marathon and half-marathon.
Not sure if this means my time is wrong or what?
